Processing & production times
Orders are generally processed and prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding applicable holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Shipping charges are calculated according to the shipping method selected at checkout.
- Orders under $35.00: Standard Shipping is $6.99.
- Orders of $35.00 and up: Standard Shipping is FREE.
- Express Shipping: $15.00.
The applicable shipping charge will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.
Tracking & delivery
Tracking information is provided after your order has shipped. You can use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email to follow delivery.
Shipping times shown at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed.
If a package is marked delivered but cannot be located, please first check the delivery area and with household members or neighbors before contacting us.
Lost, damaged or missing packages
For lost packages, contact marlenegoldman403562@outlook.com. We will review the shipment and work with the carrier where appropriate.
For damaged items, please provide your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement, remake, refund, or another appropriate solution.
Order changes & cancellations
Before shipment, contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify or cancel an order. We cannot guarantee changes once processing has started.
Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be modified or cancelled.
